We start by defining the anatomy and cause of Crohn's Disease. Followed by signs, symptoms, and diagnosis. In closing we present current treatment options.
In our 2nd section we take an in-depth look at Biologic Therapies. We focus on their function and interaction, the importance of candidate screening, as well as potential benefits and risks.
In our final segment we introduce useful tools to help patients manage Crohn’s Disease more effectively including; support groups, advocacy groups, nutrition information, counseling, and physician tips.

Crohn's Disease is a chronic disorder of the gastrointestinal tract that affects as many as one million Americans nationwide. This difficult-to-diagnose condition is often confused with another inflammatory bowel condition called Ulcerative Colitis.

To help patients gain a better understanding of Crohn's Disease, MDNG contracted Creative Force Video Productions to produce the following 40-minute patient education program for their healthXplorer series. The program is part of a national campaign designed to raise awareness for the disease and improve quality of life for patients.
